In case of problems or failures, we get there fast with no red tape. Our service vehicles have the needed measuring instruments and all major spare parts right on board for quick on-site repair.
Spare parts
LAUDA offers a long-term supply of spare parts. That means we can help you keep even very old devices in operation for well over ten years. In addition to original LAUDA spare parts, we also carry spare parts for thermostats and circulation chillers from Colora and can provide expert service on these devices. In Germany we have several service support points for thermostats. Our foreign representatives provide service outside of Germany.
Maintenance and Calibration
Individual service agreements provide for especially fast response times when you need service, for example for thermostating applications in which time is an extremely critical factor. We also offer regular comprehensive function and safety checks, as well as complete cleaning, maintenance, and software updates.
Service agreements can include the following services:
- Function check according to VGB 4
- Leak test according to VGB 20
- Inspection of safety functions (EN 61010-1, EN 61010-2-010)
- Replacement of wear parts
- Service reports and measuring data documentation
- Calibration
Calibration includes the identification of temperature stability under agreed-upon conditions, as well as the inspection of functional and operational reliability. Documentation is issued in the form of a factory calibration certificate in accordance with standard EN 10204, 3.1. B and proof of restorability to standard with maximum accuracy.
Disposal
We also offer expert disposal of cooling media and retired equipment.

Our service support centres in Germany and representation in over 70 countries mean we are always close and can react immediately when you need service. LAUDA is also an authorised service provider for Colora thermostats and circulation chillers.
