Control can be so simple: LAUDA Proline Master
Not everyone changes all parameters daily. This is precisely why LAUDA offers a series of devices with the Master Version, which include the full scope of performance with all safety functions and energy saving power packets, but does without certain functions. After all, the Master version is designed for all who only wish to pay for what they really need.
If at a later date it becomes obvious that your tasks require a much more extensive thermostat with much more functionality and comfort - no problem. The LAUDA Proline is upgradeable. The LAUDA Proline grows in accordance with your needs and is therefore always the right investment in the future.

For peripheral devices, the correct connections and interfaces are available depending on selection. Thus, your device always has the optimum component parts, and you save the costs for superfluous modules. Master can be fitted with two interface modules, which are inserted into the control head at the rear. The following modules are currently available:
| RS 232/485 Interface Cat. No. LRZ 013
With opto coupler galvanically isolated, 9-pole SUB-D socket. With
LAUDA instruction set as far as possible compatible with LAUDA
Ecoline and LAUDA Integral series.
Analogue module Cat. No. LRZ 912
With two inputs and two outputs on 6-pole DIN socket. The
inputs and outputs are independent of one another, adjustable
as 4...20 mA, 0...20 mA or 0...10 V interface.
- The following input values can be predefined: set temperature,
external actual temperature, pump output.
- Adjusting the output values: set temperature, actual temperature
(bath temperature), external actual temperature from Pt
100, external actual temperature from analogue input, correcting
variable, pump output, pump rpm. Apart from this, the interfaces
can be freely adjusted in accordance with the set function.
For instance: 0 mA equals 0 °C and 20 mA equals 100 °C.
Contact module SUB-D socket Cat. No. LRZ 915
15-pole SUB-D socket with three relay contact-outputs (centre
zero relay, maximum 30V/0, 2A) and three binary inputs for controlling
via external potential free contacts.
- Functions of the inputs: Setting of faults or standby, control of
the programmer, half duplex operation (two different set
temperatures) or control type (internal external control).
- Functions of the outputs: Signalling the status of diverse faults,
standby, or top up bath medium, output the window discriminator
status (inside outside) or the programmer status.

For all those who want the full programme: LAUDA Proline Command
The console of the control head Command can easily be detached, and can be used as a remote control. The simple menu guidance proves itself to be a trump card, especially with changing temperature tasks. The more functions the thermostat has to fulfil, the more Command simplifies the configuration of the device. The integrated programmer is easy to operate, and enables different temperature profiles to be used. Up to five different programs can be stored. Comfortable editable functions make adjustments easy. Tolerance band and loop function round out the functionality.
The Command version extends the Master version's scope of performance. It offers many comfortable and professional functions for heating and cooling devices. Through the intuitive use of menus, operation during demanding thermostating tasks is especially easy and quick. The more functions the thermostat has to fulfil, the more Command alleviates the work. Command immediately recognises the device type as soon as it is connected and the current device status, and extends it with its special functions.

Design your processes the way you want them
Operation is a combination of cursor keys, softkeys and numerical input. The multifunctional graphic display enables uncountable ways of representation, so that information visually corresponds to your requirements. The display can be divided into three, five or seven segments. Different elements such as pump output step and level indicator are displayed in a clear way. Pop-up menus make setting the parameters so easy, that a handbook is hardly necessary.

The LAUDA Proline offers you a clear-text display, which verbally shows all of the operating conditions in one of the four possible languages, and which especially proves itself in critical situations. If an alarm is triggered, there follows a rapid warning with clearly recognisable indications and diagnosis, so that you yourself can quickly rectify the fault.
Graphic enabled display
Graphics can also be clearly depicted using the display of the LAUDA Proline, e.g. temperature sequential curve. In this way, you have everything clearly in view.
Digital connections - with the Proline no problem
An opto decoupling RS 232/485 interface is already fitted as standard into the detachable console of the LAUDA Proline. In this way, your LAUDA Proline always remains flexible for new challenges. |
